Shipping policy
All online orders are packed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekend days will be shipped on the following business days. Bixby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have an issue with your package before it is in transit with a delivery service please contact info@bixbycollection.com
The return window for items that are shipped starts from the date the order is delivered. 14 days for store credit or exchange from delivery date. After that, your order is not eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping label. Visit our refund policy & processing page to start a return. We recommend using the Redo feature at checkout to ensure you get FREE return labels for any order placed.
In-Store Pickup
Orders placed for in-store pickup are available for pickup during business hours only. All in-store pickup orders are usually available within 1 hour of confirmation. Please check to make sure your order was 'fulfilled' before arriving for pickup. Contact us via text or phone at 516-896-0619 if you have any questions regarding your in-store pickup order.
