Shipping & In-Store Pickup

SHIPPING:

We offer free shipping for orders over $100. We ship within the continental United States.  Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days.  All online orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive tracking via email or text upon item shipment. 

Bixby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have a question about your order before it has started tracking with a delivery service please contact info@bixbycollection.com

The customer is responsible for a return shipping label at their expense. We highly recommend using the Redo option at checkout to get FREE return shipping labels. 

IN STORE PICK UP:

Choose this option at check out and you will be notified when your item is ready.  Please allow 1-2 hours from placing your order. If you haven't received a notification of your order being ready and are heading our way- please give us a call and we'll make sure it's ready for you!
